• Supportive Services:

•  Life Skills development: 90-minute sessions, twice per week for 3 weeks ($450 per session for 12 sessions = $5,400); the class entails the following topics:

•  Hygiene

•  Laundry

•  Cleanliness

•  Socialization

•  Etiquette

•  Living with others

•  Conflict management

• This can also be contracted out at the cost of $2,700 for a 3-week session, for no more than 10 participants at a time. Certificate of completion. 9 hours of training

• Care coordination

• Workforce development (90-minute sessions once per week for 4 weeks at $450/session)Socialization and community re-engagement activities

•  Interview skills

•  Resume preparation

•  Skills assessment

•  Job search and training
  This can also be contracted out at the cost of $1800 for 10 participants. Certificate of completion. 6 hours
